ARB 4 x 4 Accessories actually has two different Twin Air
Compressor kits. They are the CKMTA24
and the CKMTA12. They were designed to
be able to fill the need for a high volume source of compressed air that is
compact and has the ability to fill the needs of the air locker as well as air
powered tools.

These kits are available with either a 24 Volt
air compressor or a 12 Volt air compressor

Made from materials that are high strength yet
lightweight and engineering grade. This
includes components that are aerospace and military standard

The air manifold system is controlled by a
pressure switch. It regulates the air
pressure between 135 PSI and 150 PSI that is suitable for air tools and air
locking differentials

The 12 Volt compressor has the highest rate of
air flow for any of its size

The design of these air compressors is one that
is highly efficient. Even at maximum air
flow they only consume 56 amps
·
These air compressors have been built with
components that have been sealed so as to make them resistant to dust and
moisture

The heat is dissipated from the electronics,
heads and motors by the motor mounting brackets that have been anodized and the
cooling fan that is ducted, brushless and sealed. This allows for a duty cycle at 100%

Sound deadening and anti-vibration has been
integrated into the actual mount
·
The air filter assemblies are re-locatable and
resistant to splashes. This allows for
an air supply that is cooler and cleaner as well as an air intake positioning
that is both waterproof and versatile

Included
in these Arb 4x4 Twin Air Compressor kits is a full wiring loom so that installation is made simple and
easy.

These air compressors have been equipped with
dual Maxi-Fuses that are heavy duty.
This allows for in line protection for the circuitry that is
professional as well as a redundancy of the circuits in the event of a fault

The motors have been sealed against water and
are 100% equipped with ball bearings – which means there are no bushings. They also have a pre-load system for the
linear brush that allows for an operation that is quiet, low heat and a life
that has been enhanced

The motors have been given internal thermal
protection so that there is no need for you to ever have to worry about damage
from extreme temperatures
